Wholesale Customers (current): Your opening order must total a minimum of $125. All future orders under $125 are subject to a $5 service charge. Please email info@yujean.com with your business credentials to request a log-in. Shipping: Please note that UPS will no longer accept cash; if you are not cleared for a company check, you will need a money order or cashier's check, unless paying by credit card or Paypal. Let us know if you need a phone call with the total of your order. Our preferred carriers are UPS and Fedex. We will ship via UPS, unless you request another carrier. International orders (including APO and FPO addresses) requiring us to use the Post Office will be charged a $25 service fee. Please make certain you understand the customs laws of your home country. Domestic orders requiring the Post Office must pay the $25 service fee, prepay the order and accept responsibility for lost shipments. What Will My Total Be?: The grand total is achieved in the very last step of the order process. Until the order is fully pulled, packed, and weighed, no firm totals will be available. We charge no handling fees, only straight UPS freight. Returns: We will take back any item, at any time (except closeouts), if it is returned to us in original condition. Do not call for an authorization number; just ship it back to us with a note explaining what is being returned and why. Return freight must be paid by the sender. We will issue a credit for 100% of the purchase price; cash refunds cannot be issued. |
