Rick Cricow Boss I'm Rick, and I'm where the buck stops. Writing our own bios was my idea, and darn it, now I have to do one too. I started this company 30-some years ago, and still love doing this. We get to play with the best artists around, create great product, and sell it to the nicest folks we know (plus a few pain-in-the-asses, but only a very few!). I get to travel overseas, play with computers, learn about manufacturing and supply; I can't think of anything better to do. Bringing dogs to work is my idea, and Murphy and Ruby thank me daily when I wake them in time to get ready. We try to create a humane workplace here and help promote sane working conditions with our employees. Only one employee brings his dog to the office right now, but we're talking to others. Other than work, I can't think of anything better than travel. Even business travel is great; seeing people in working environments shows me how other people live their lives. Learning about people is always fascinating. I guess I could have been an anthropologist, rather than a stickerographer. And yes, for a mid-life crisis, I took up diving. It was cheaper than a sports car.

Heidi Zumbrum Operations Manager I oversee our Operations Department. Anytime you place an order (or on the rare occasion that we made a mistake on your order), rest assured that I am the one making sure that it is handled swiftly. I have been with Net Sales for 6 years, mostly focused on sales and trade shows until recently. Now I pretty much do it all. If you have questions regarding shows, orders, products or shipping- I'm your girl! In my spare time I enjoy floating the river, camping and running a general muck. I love the outdoors and I am always on the go!

Lynette Frost Licensing and Product Development Diva, Mass Market, Mid-Tier and Specialty Retailers and Distributors Hi all! I am the dork of the group and proud of it. After years of Rick trying to get me to move to Oregon and work for him, I made him a deal! I now work from home and love my job. Unfortunately working from home means longer hours! Our staff is great and I am proud to work with them, our customers and the amazing artists we license. I have two great kids, 19 and 15 and yes I am too young to have them! Not really, but I hold on to that thought. I also have a terrible animal rescue addiction. One day I hope to own a no kill animal shelter. Until then I place, donate and rescue those in need. Otter Pop, Mr. Raymond T Jr Byram and Eva Marie Byram are my three amazing dogs that I was lucky to save and they now rule the house. Yikes, went to buy dog food and added a 4th...Misa Lou is now part of the pack. Note to self, Humane Society has dogs for adoption on Saturday...never buy dog food on a Saturday. I love all music, art, outdoors and friends! Rock on!

Robin Lomont Mass Market Sales Seems like old times. I worked at Net Sales for a few years, then went off to do some other stuff for a while, and now I’m back as the sales person for our new mass market accounts. I really love the quality and imagery of what we have to offer and am delighted to have rejoined the team. I’ve got 3 wonderful girls, two out on their own and one in college, all making me incredibly proud with their amazing lives. I also live on a mini-ranch, surrounding myself with horses, dogs, cats, and chickens. I fancy myself a bit of a writer and hope to have some of my work published one day. I also play a little guitar, love to cook, and get a little fanatical about football.

Matt Stewart Art Director I am Net Sales' artist-in-residence--the guy who formats and tweaks and prepares other artists' work for publication into the cool stickers and such that you've come to expect from Net Sales-- and I develop and render my own concepts too! I touch pretty much every Net Sales product. (I am somewhat more multi-dimensional than this pic would suggest!) Also, I am the proud parent of Friday, the newest addition to the Net Sales Pack. My Golden Lab, Cooper, taught Scottie Ruby how to be a good dog and play nice; now that Cooper has passed on, Ruby is trying to teach Friday the same lessons.

Barbara, Our Lady of Orders Customer Service I have been with Net Sales 4 years. I help our customers place orders, address problems and make things right! I like talking to customers and helping when i can... Too, I am like Murphy and Ruby and Friday's surrogate mom, and keep a drawerful of treats handy at all times!

Scott Bishop Purchasing Plus My? My name's Scott. Hi, everybody! I work in the warehouse and do ordering at Net Sales. I worked for some time as a dishwasher/night janitor at a local hospital. Later worked as an office temp in Boston and spent a couple of months opening mail for the infamous Reverend Ike, America's least respected TV evangelist. Went on to work in a high end furniture store and art gallery. That business closed but I soon found myself working again with art. Sticker and button art this time. I read, watch a lot of cult movies, and I drive an old Mercedes I got in lieu of pay on a previous job.

Doug Thiesfeld Warehouse Manager Ship it... ship it good! I'm Doug and I'm part of the excellent team that pulls and ships your orders. I make sure that all is as it should be before it leaves our door and all while having fun. I like music, video games, and spending time with my wife.

Noah Bucher EDI 101 Hey my name is Noah and I am the EDI guy for Netsales. I mainly deal with larger retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target. I am the newbie around here but everyone treats me like I am part of the family and I love it. So a little about me, I have lived in Oregon my whole life and I don't think there is anywhere better. I like to be outside and go on hikes but I also like hanging out at home where I can play my didgeridoo and my new xbox 360.

Emily Yelton Customer Service Padawan Born and raised OREGON! Until January of 2006 hadn't been out of the state for more than a weekend... Lived in a small town most of my life and moved to the big, metropolis city of Eugene in 1993. Love it! Both Eugene and Net Sales! The people are awesome! I guess a bio is supposed to be about the person. So, lets see.... I love to do handcrafts, crochet, embroidery, cross-stitch, as well as historical costuming and scrapbooking. I am on the computer almost 24/7 as well. lol. When I am not doing one project, I usually have my hands on another. In between all of this I fit reading, and research. I am always being accused of being much younger than I am and yet, others think of me as older. So take your pick. Anyway, there you have it, me in a nutshell, give Net Sales a call and place an order already! We are here to fulfill your sticker fantasies!

Murphy, Ruby and Friday The Net Sales Pack Sometimes lined up for a treat, sometimes curled up here and there for a nap, and sometimes nothing but a rolling, barking, scampering blur, these three drive us crazy and keep us sane. Maggie Cricow, In Memorium "She Liked To Go" Maggie was an integral part of Net Sales for 13 years. Rick's best friend, a valued supervisor and trusted advisor, she loved coming to work and overseeing her staff. She is missed.

Cooper Stewart, RIP "Smiling Boy" Patient, big-hearted, smiling Cooper: never did a girl have a better friend than Ruby had in Cooper. We miss him awfully.
